Trinity Village has been serving our older adult community since 1972. We are a not-for-profit, charitable organization owned and operated by Lutheran Homes Kitchener - Waterloo , a ministry of the Eastern Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada. Comprising the Care Centre, the Terraces, and an Adult Day Program—Trinity Village is designed to offer independent, progressive stages of living and specialized care.

Trinity Village Care Centre
Long Term Care
Trinity Village Care Centre prides itself on being a progressive, compassionate, long term care facility providing quality care for 150 residents.
The Care Centre is a 3-floor climate-controlled facility with 90 private rooms and 60 basic rooms. There are 5 home areas each with 30 residents.
Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service and received the 2025 Waterloo Region Record Readers Choice Award for Best Nursing Home and Long Term Care Centre Diamond Award.
Adult Day Program
Community Support Service
Providing respite for care-givers, our Adult-Day Program is a safe, respectful and healthy environment for adults 55 and older, with a chronic illness, physical disability or memory loss.
Crafts, games, music and food provide a full program 3 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The Terraces
Life Lease Townhomes
At the Terraces, we offer independent living in your choice of quality built bungalow townhomes, ranging from 762 to 1407 sq.ft., each with full basements, which provide additional storage and recreational space. Standard features include air conditioning, decks, and barrier-free features such as wider doorways, corridors, and spacious bathrooms. Residents of the Terraces enjoy the benefits of belonging to a Resident’s Association.
