Everyone was very compassionate. I could not have chosen a better facility for my mother's final years.
Support & Care
Trinity Villages provides a large selection of personalized services by a team of qualified and compassionate staff. We strive to meet each resident's unique needs and preferences, developing individualized care plans. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our well-maintained facilities and varied programs.
We create a safe, nurturing environment where residents can thrive and enjoy a fulfilling life.
Programs are planned around the Domains of Well-being:
Nutritional Services
The Trinity Village Care Centre Nutritional Staff, led by a Nutrition Manager and a Registered Dietitian, lead our food services program.
We prepare home-cooked food for the pleasure of residents. Two choices are offered at every meal along with snacks and nourishments between. The goal of the staff is to maximize the nutritional health of each resident through the on-going assessment completed by the Dietitian. Residents participate in meal planning through the Resident Council “Menu Group” and the “Monthly Resident Meetings” resulting in:
- Special occasion meals
- Menu planning
- Seasonal Menu Items
Residents and visitors can share meals either through meal tickets available at reception daily or at the Village Cafe (excluding Statutory Holidays).
Lifestyle & Programs
The Recreation Department provides variety, choice and opportunities for meaningful engagement and community connectedness. We offer activities and programs that are compatible with residents' interests and needs and that fulfill the social, intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual domains of well-being. We do this by following the Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care, the spontaneous programming concept and resident directed programs.
