Meeting & Exceeding Targets
- Direct Care Staffing Level
As per the Ministry of Health, the target is 4 hours per day by 2025 – as of 2023, our rate is 3.9 hours. - Allied Health Partners
(Social Worker, Spiritual Care, Dietitian), as per the Ministry of Health, the target is 36 minutes per day by 2025 – as of 2023, our rate is 36 minutes. - Agency Use
As of 2023, we limit outside agencies to occasional registered practical nurses. - Average Call Bell Response Time
On Average, we respond to call bells in 1.8 minutes.
