Seasonal maintenance, such as snow shoveling or grass cutting, are provided. Available fee for service options include meals on wheels, community garden plots, seasonal fresh produce, handyman, housekeeping and more.

The Meals on Wheels program delivers hot or cold meals to your door for you and your visitors. We accommodate special nutrition needs. The delivery times are 11:30 am - 12:00 pm daily. You can receive meals for the day or on an ongoing schedule basis.

What Is Life Lease Housing?

Life Lease communities are geared to mature adults and older adults. Under a Life Lease arrangement, there is a single owner of the property who is responsible for operating and maintaining the property and buildings in accordance with an agreement signed with the purchasers and residents. The residents purchase an exclusive interest in the suite of their choice from these owners and have the right to sell or transfer this interest when they wish to vacate their suite.

What Are The Benefits Of Life Lease Housing?
